Anti-corruption policy
Goals
The Global Anti-Corruption Policy supports the commitment of the Medicom Group and its subsidiaries such as Kolmi Hopen to conduct business relationships ethically, with the utmost integrity, in compliance with all anti-bribery laws and regulations.
This requires that it is forbidden to make (or offering to make) payments or providing (or offering to provide) goods or services of value directly or indirectly for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business or otherwise gaining an unfair competitive advantage.
Thus Kolmi Hopen, through the Medicom Group, undertakes to not tolerate any form of corruption, whether active or passive, occurring in the public or private sector.

Goals
Kolmi Hopen, through the Medicom Group, is committed to working with suppliers and business partners who share our commitments to the highest ethical standards and integrity.
The Supplier Code of Conduct sets out our expectations of third parties with whom we partner, including suppliers, contractors, service providers, consultants, advisors and other business partners, as well as their respective employees and subcontractors working on their behalf. We expect our suppliers to operate in accordance with the highest legal, ethical and professional standards, to comply with our philosophy of corporate social responsibility and with the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
