About the job
The Manufacturing Line Operator is an essential link in the company’s flow of activity who manufactures products independently, by controlling one or more manufacturing lines made up of automated machines. They ensure the proper functioning and coordinate the activity of operators in charge of specific tasks on the lines. They are responsible for the good quality of products leaving the line.
Their work is the result result of all the work carried out by R&D (Research and Development), Marketing, Supply Chain, the Industrialisation and the Methods departments, hence their essential role within the company.

Missions
- Coordinating and organising production by steering the production line
- Supplying the raw materials required for the manufacture of products in order to respect the stakes of productivity while contributing to the quality of the finished products by carrying out quality controls on the line
- Carrying out operations requiring a certain amount of rigour and meticulousness, the specificities of the machines and products require learning before mastering the various adjustment points on the machines
- Participating in continuous improvement by proposing recommendations of improvement and by taking part in working groups
