Innovation and sustainability
To integrate sustainable development issues into our activities, we have adopted a lifecycle approach to our products.
We are committed to promoting sustainable industrialisation, helping to modernise our infrastructure, increase employment and make rational use of resources. To this end, our manufacturing site in France maintains jobs, modernises its production tools and innovates to continuously improve its environmental approach. We have also relocated a glove manufacturing plant in Sarthe: ManiKHeir, which is modern, innovative and creates jobs.
Responsible consumption and production
We are working towards sustainable management and rational use of natural resources. We aim to significantly reduce waste production through prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse. Our actions include reducing our scrap rate and recycling our waste. Any waste produced that cannot be recycled or reused is recycled.
We consider eco-design in each of our projects in order to reduce the environmental impact of our products as much as possible, in particular by reducing the quantity of materials used and using more environmentally-friendly materials (recycled, from sustainably managed forests, etc.).
Our contribution to more responsible consumption of resources also involves improving our energy efficiency by modernising our equipment and introducing management tools and best practices.
Combating climate change
We are integrating climate change measures into our strategy and practices. We carry out an annual carbon assessment accompanied by an action plan for a gradual reduction in our CO₂ emissions.
In addition to the actions mentioned above, we offer a recycling channel for the end-of-life treatment of some of our products, such as our masks.
In addition, we also consider the logistics process in our approach, giving our customers the option of choosing the delivery method based on its carbon footprint.
